NEW DELHI – Mr Ashutosh Kaushik, a 41-year-old actor, has sought his right to be forgotten (RTBF) in a recent petition to the High Court of Delhi.

“Why should I continue suffering for something that I have already been punished for?” he asked The Straits Times last week, outlining the basis for his impassioned plea.
